another important thing is to decide your geographical area
of your product to be sold. You can target a single area in
your first year of business target, later you can improver
after conducting a study about your business.
Many peoples
are thinking a lot about their target should be whole world,
I don’t think that will be very practical. So, don’t target
everything and anywhere.

your competitors
You cannot
make more customers where there are many competitors
providing same product or services that you are going to
give in your targeted area unless you give some extra
qualities.
